Some countries consider this a crime, but in USA it's fully possible! You can look at https://bsov.io/markdollars to see more info about "Marking your US Dollars - Is it legal?". Just don't render the bills non-fit for redistribution. If you want to be 100% legal, then check up the laws of your country - however, do you agree with these laws?
