Multiple Ugandan Diplomats Die of Heart Attacks Aboard Plane Since 2015

Another member of the Ugandan ministry of internal affairs has died this week. Commissioner of Police Okello Makmot marks the third death of an official from the same ministry, while aboard separate plane flights since 2015.
