I have been crypto curious for many years and since 2016 I have, occasionally found my self saying to my firends, "ohh why didn't we buy Bitcoins a year ago". Now finally thanks to the Brave browser I got some free BATs out of nowhere that actually are worth a cup of coffee, so I needed to set up a wallet and eventually exchanged them for Bitcoins. Finally in 2023 I am a proud owner of a very small fraction of a BTC, BATs and ETHs !!!

Since I got my first BATs I have fallen directly into the rabbit hole and the recent upwards trends have only made me more obsessed.

Now I am ready to start to invest and learn as much about crypto currencies, DeFi and classical finance as possible and I want to invite anyone interested to follow me along on this journey to the all time high!

The plan

  • I will invest 20$ every last Friday of the month (DCA) and use it to learn about some new aspect of the crypto market, e.g. liquid pools, lending, options, alt Coins...

  • I will write up my thought process, the theory I learn in a blog post.
Further I will make a risk assessment in R or Python and make my codes available on a Github along with a markdown version of the blog.

  • I will post a detailed summary of the journey so far the first Friday of every month

  • All tips I get from this blog will be used for the investments on top of the 20$/month

The goal

The goal is not to become a millionaire from a handful of 20$ investments, but having a portfolio of more than 240$ in the end of the year I would consider a win.
The biggest goal is to learn, and if someone reads my blog and or uses my codes I will be very happy.

This blog first appeared on publish0x, but since I have learned about this site. I plan to publish future posts on both platforms simutaiously.
