This video is a walk around of the exterior of a home built in the 1980s north of Atlanta, GA. Date is 4/09/2022. Investor toured the home the day after it was listed. A full offer of $165,000 was made and accepted on the same day. No due diligence period was required. Exterior walk around showed poor rough, tear down outbuilding, and bad deck/front porch. Investor intends to fix and flip. Home is also very close to interstate. No property inspector and no due diligence was requested by buyer. Video by
