Some new mine types weren't the only rewards from An Evening With Mr. Manchester. There's more stuff hidden in this mod.
Note:ENB replaces Reshade, Cinematech, Dynavision, and other visual mods. All the episodes from now on were recorded on a more powerful computer. I re-recorded some parts of my walkthrough as I was dissatisfied with the quality of some videos - episodes 210 to 238 - recorded with the older computer (low frame rate and pixelation).

00:42 - Leaving the Manchester Estate and heading to Mr. Manchester Underground Lab. I unlock the door with the Underground Lab Key found in previous episodes.

04:04 - A manual is on the white table near the other terminal. The MTS-400 Manual is added to the pip boy.

13:51 - Opening the safe near the Power Grid Terminal with the RobCo Safe Key. I take the AI Circuit Block and the Circuit Block Dossier.
14:57 - Leaving the lab and returning to the Manchester Estate.
16:27 - I place the materials in the bin of the Mine Synthesis System. AI Circuit Block, fission battery, sensor module, camera, conductor, 5 scrap metals, 35 5.56mm ammo, and 35 Microfusion cell.
17:45 - Crafting the MTS-400 Personal Defense System. You can craft another unit in case the one you have is destroyed.
18:26 - Dropping the MTS-400 on the ground and activating it. It is good to have enough space in the area where you deploy the turret.
19:48 - Leaving the Manchester Estate. I return to Sal's Sound Shack. This time, I see something on the roof. A fallen tree behind the building can be used to reach the top.
21:10 - A skeleton near the chair. The makeshift shack has some things to loot. The Manchester - Key Mentioned In The Manifest is inside the safe. The Manchester - Sal's Roof Note was written for the person who lived there.
22:04 - Some frag mines and a Nuka Cola Quantum.
22:25 - Sal's Roof Note mentions a sniper rifle in the truck nearby.
23:58 - Unlocking the trailer door with the Manchester - Key Mentioned In the Manifest. The four Ammunition Storage safes are locked.
24:35 - The next door reveals a display storage containing the Tiger Siberian. The locked metal brackets prevent you from taking the weapon.
24:59 - Accessing the terminal. It contains more information.
26:27 - I unlock the supplies but not the Siberian case as the release mechanism is broken (Primary Clamp Failure). I'll read Protocol A.362.B to see what I can do.
26:41 - The note will mention a second Tiger Truck near the Nuka Cola Plant. I found it earlier in the playthrough (part 47), not knowing it was part of the mod.
27:58 - The terminal on the truck has intact Protocol A.362.B.
29:19 - Back to the Siberian. As I click on the Protocol A.362.B option, a message informs me I have uncorrupted A.362.B data. We are looking for the materials required for Primary Clamp Failure.
30:44 - To repair the Siberian case, I place one fission battery and one sensor module in the repair bin to fix the Primary Clamp Failure. After executing the repair, I unlock the case through the same terminal.
32:04 - I equip the Tiger Siberian, loot the safes - open in the terminal - and leave the trailer truck.
33:38 - Checking the many notes. One mentioned Alexandria Arms, so that's my next destination.
34:42 - The team will wait outside while I go in alone.
