I joined splinterlands a month ago I have been playing at least 3 times a week because I get really busy during the week. I have been learning a lot about splinterlands lately trying to understand the game to earn better. But anytime I ask questions on the discord app, I don’t get replies because the chat room gets flooded with lots of messages and I guess nobody sees my message to reply.
I have been playing splinterlands and I have been earning DEC tokens, though they are very small amount, this has got me wondering, how long am I going to continue playing the splinterlands to start earning good amount of DEC. I was told to rent cards and combine cards to win more battles in order to earn more DEC. Haven’t learnt how to do that yet but I will devote my time this weekend to learn how to do that.
I’m sure lots of newbies are having similar experience with me, but I want to remind you that splinterlands is a game. When I was a kid, about 10 years old, I spent a lot of time playing video games, even if I lost, I kept on playing, and I learnt from my lost. But the only difference was that I saw that as a game used to have fun and nothing more. So I wasn’t bothered about if am making enough money while playing it or not. This is something we newbies have to remember, it’s a game, play the game and catch fun.
You earn DEC by playing the game, so when you are taking the game as a means of catching fun you will unconsciously learn a lot, and won’t realize when you have stacked up a lot of DEC. Patience is what you need to stack up your DEC tokens in order to buy cards or rent cards. Don’t feel uninterested because you are not earning enough DEC tokens.
