Just today, I wanted to use the Pancakeswap platform to convert some bleo to BNB, but unfortunately, I couldn’t access Pancakeswap. Funny how, it’s when you have a problems you start thinking of other solutions. Ever since I have been using Pancakeswap, I never thought of another means to swap except Pancakeswap. But today, I had to think, then I remembered a Hiver who made a video on how to bridge Hive to bHive because of the suspension Binance had on Hive deposit and withdrawal. I am grateful for that person, because this person just saved me from an urgent situation which I needed to be sorted out as soon as possible.
This then gave me the opportunity to learn more about Paraswap, only then did I realise that I have been limiting myself a lot using pancakeswap, because pancake swap is only on the Binance smart chain, this means that you can’t do other transactions outside the Binance Smart Chain, if you want to use other chains, you have to look for other dapps that will support those other chains. But paraswap supports 7 chains, which are Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Avalanche, Fantom, Arbitrum and Optimism. That is great right, you dont have to keep going from one dapp to another when you want to make any transaction from these different chains.
With paraswap, you can trade your wleo, bleo and pleo, on one dapp. I used to use uniswap, sushi swap and pancake swap when I wanted to trade mine. There are other features of paraswap, first it has its own token, it can also show you where you can stake, farm and participate in liquidity pools. Its very nice to have varieties of things, this way you dont limit yourself. Trading your bleo or any of the bridged Leo token on paraswap is pretty much the same. All you have to do is go to the trade section, change the network to desired network, if you are trying to trade bleo, change it to Binance Smart Chain, if you are trying to trade pLeo, change it to polygon, and if you are trying to trade wleo, change it to ethereum network. Then input the smart contract to import the token you are about to trade on paraswap.
After importing, you can now trade and confirm your orders. This is pretty easy, you just have to learn to navigate your way around.
