Its another milestone for me as I have approached the 6K HP gang, meaning that I am getting close to the 5 figure HP stage. In 14 months I have been able to achieve 60% of my Hive power goal which is making me extremely excited because, while this experience is all fun and games, it has not been easy.

Like I have said in the past, Hive has taken more than 70% of my life. Although I am currently learning to be getting involved on other things outside Hive. No matter how far away I try to be from Hive, I just find myself on my note pad app typing because I just saw a juicy crypto gossip that I feel needs to be shared on hive. I literally get inspirations everywhere, this is how you know you love what you are doing. My experience on Hive got me feeling like a journalist, because some of the contents I write here, go into research processes before I construct them and publish them on hive. I was filling a freelance crypto job application and some of the qualities you need to have to be eligible for the job was to have an experience in journalism. I know I can’t equate my experience here on hive as that of a journalist but at this point I think I have done a great job for myself when in comes to crypto news content and personal opinions on crypto issues

Although these are qualities I had in me before I became active in the Hive/Leofinance communities but I think the blockchain helped enhanced it. Its becoming much more interesting by the day as I learn, blog and engage on the blockchain. Most times I try to picture my life and how it would look like in the next 5 years, all I can see are positive things and that fills my heart with a lot of joy. Because, just as much as this blockchain is great, its still and its potentials has not been fully utilised yet. Glad to be taking the advantage as one of the pioneer early investors. The experience has been much more like a self discipline training for me, because I use Hive as a practice to learning how to set goals and practice consistency towards achieving these goals. This has helped me achieved 80% of the goals I set to achieve, and for the first time in a long time, I am extremely proud of myself.

I thought being consistent on hive will make me less productive on other aspects of my life, but fortunately I have realised that the difference between us and achieving our goals is our mindset, if I put my mind towards making 3 post a day while doing other things outside Hive, I realised that most times, I always end up achieving that.

How Does It Feel Being Among The 6K Gang

I would say it feels good, more like it feels much more better when you know that you are not so far away from your actual big price goal which is the 10K Hive power goal. But just like life, there is always a + plus 1 element, where after achieving a milestone, we set a higher one for ourselves. I am not yet on 10k but I know that after achieving that, 100K will be the next goal to look up to. 100k seems farfetched and I know that the only way to achieve that is buying Hive right now at the current price, because we don’t know if this will be the only time Hive will be at this price.

In all of these achievement, the achievement I am most grateful for are the wonderful people Hive has put in my life, people that has impacted value in my life and people I have done same for. Its been a wonderful experience, while I am happy to have achieved this, I still can’t wait to get to 10K.
