We can’t quantify a person’s wealth by how many hours they have worked, lots of people are the most hardworking people you can think of but they are not the richest people. They work so much but never have enough to take care of their bills and that can be really sad and depressing. But one thing I have realised in people who make a lot of money or earn a loot, you will realise that most of them actually work less and earn more, because they work hard to auction theirselves in the right place where their value is more appreciated. We are all unique and have certain values that needs to be appreciated but being in the wrong environment will make us earn way lesser.
For instance, the cleaner in my house earns $31 monthly because its Nigeria, the socio economic status of Nigeria is extremely poor, unemployment is extremely high in Nigeria and lots of people are willing to work for less to survive. But in America or Europe, cleaners are paid more and valued more compared to cleaners in Nigeria because its a different environment. But in the same Nigeria, there are certain people that earn more than $31 may be $100 or more, but that is based on their location. They have been able to auction theirselves in the right location to earn more.
Let me give you another instance where location determines your value, a man sold a land he inherited from his father and made 20% profit compared to the price the father bought. When it was sold for 20% extra profits the new buyer resold it and sold it for extra 100% profit, because he advertised the land on a website where a buyer valued the land for more. That right there is the power of auctioning in the right location, a location where you are valued more, you will work less and earn more.
