As you already know, Coronavirus has put the entire entertainment industry on hold. Thank goodness that we have pre-filmed content to watch. Marvel fans have been suffering a lot because of the new situation. We didn't have a single new piece of entertainment in over a year (sorry but Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is not exactly Marvel proper).

It looks like Marvel is feeling our pain. Instead of delaying all of the Marvel -Disney+ shows that stopped near the end/middle/beginning of filming, they will split them in half. Air the half that was filmed on time and air the other half when they will be done filming and post-production, which will probably mean more than six months apart. So we will get The Falcon and the Winter Soldier in August, but only half a season. The same thing will happen with WandaVision in the fall. This works better in the case of WandaVision as the show is meant to lead straight into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, so the other half of the show can be the lead up. Although from what I heard the show is almost done filming so I am not sure. It is just more logical because of the release date change for Doctor Strange.

I am also not sure if this will be the case for Loki. The show was only at the beginning of filming when it was halted. But maybe Marvel will decide to split the show as well.

I think a split is better than a delay. At least we will get some new Marvel content. Otherwise we will have to wait until Black Widow comes out in November to get new Marvel content. I mean these shows will probably come out in weekly episodes, so we won't be able to binge it either way.

Do you prefer the shows to be split in the middle or the season or do you prefer to wait?
