Sambiloto flowers

Among the bushes that we often ignore, there is something interesting waiting for us to look at. Small white flowers decorated with reddish purple tinges in the middle, sitting sweetly at the end of the stem that grows in the leaf axils. At first glance it looks ordinary, but if we look closely, this flower is no less beautiful than other larger flowers.

Its shape is also quite unique, at first glance it looks like a bird's beak. If we look more closely, it almost looks like a bird in flight. The fine hairs on the petals, crown and pistil give a soft and elegant impression. But it is still often overlooked. Maybe because its size is too small, so many of us don't want to glance at it.

The small flower is called Sambiloto, in Latin it is known as Andrographis paniculata, which is one of the plants that comes from the Acanthaceae family. This plant can grow in various places, both in the lowlands and in the highlands.

However, it is also important to know that even though it is often ignored, this plant is very beneficial for health. One of them is to be able to overcome typhoid, by drinking boiled water from the leaves of this plant. But I don't know how to process it, I'm not an expert in that field😅
