It’s always a good time when friends come to visit! Yesterday was no exception as a very good friend of ours, @exyle as you probably know from the Steemit platform, arrived in London all the way from the Netherlands.
Many of you already know that @ezzy and I got to know @exyle from Steemfest I in Amsterdam two years. And thanks to the Steemit platform, we have become great friends in real life ever since, lol. We are so happy to see @exyle again and he even brought us the delicious Rotterdam cheese as a gift!
After a short rest, @exyle suggested we have a barbecue in the garden to make the most of the recent hot weather and we gladly agreed, lol. Although we don’t have the “Green Egg”, the barbecue still turned out to be a fantastic one. Amazing food and drinks, and most importantly amazing company and lots of laughter!
We probably finished the barbecue around 10:30pm when the sky became completely dark. We lit up candles to continue chilling in the garden until midnight. What a great evening we had with our guest @exyle! We look forward to the next couple of days to continue the fun.
