One of things I love about “Sky” is her very distinctive eyes, one being crystal blue and the other a dark brown! The first time I saw "Sky", I instantly got lost in those amazing eyes! Who wouldn’t, right?
Because of "Sky’s" unique eyes, it makes it all the more noticeable when there’s a problem with them. Yesterday I discovered that the white part of "Sky’s" right eye was a bit red as well as a touch of green discharge. It looked like an eye infection so we took her to the vet straight away.
The vet diagnosed "Sky’s" eye condition as “Conjunctivitis” which basically is an infection of the conjunctiva in the eye. Quite comment for dogs, apparently. We got some cream to take home and apply on "Sky’s" eye three times a day for a week. This should help clear it up fast.
I am glad it wasn’t anything serious and hope "Sky" gets better soon!!
