Even though the house requirement sounds logical I beg to differ on that one. It should be the guy should be able to afford renting a house. Owning a house at a young age is not ideal. It’s better to invest the money in something that will be returning money and help the family become financially stable as opposed to burying the money in a liability that will be demanding maintenance as opposed to putting money in the young couples hands.
