It seriously pisses me off that people are saying Chester Bennington was a disgrace because he committed suicide. Well screw those people!!! Until you have lived with depression you don't nor will you ever get it. Every day is a struggle and some days it just doesn't pay to get up, but you know what so many people in this world do. Even as they are suffering those of us with depression dust off our suit of "I'm fine" and "I'm hanging in", etc. and we take them out into the world with us. Others stay secluded and yet others choose the option you can't come back from. I have been on the bad end and have wanted to end my life more than once. This shit is real. It's not that we don't think of our loved ones, God, or even death; it's that we feel we have reached our breaking point, that there is no way out. Cut this man a break. He had been through so much in his short 41 years and we may never know what put him over the edge. Just please be in prayer for his family, friends, and his bandmates because this must be tearing them all apart.
