Halloweenie
It’s the most wonderful time of the year
With witches and ghouls, pumpkins galore, candy, and costumes
Orange moons and funky tunes
Who could ask for more?
Oh, I love Halloween so much!
My birthday is the day before
And this makes me as proud as punch
I love the decorations
I love to see the kids all dressed up
I love going from house to house saying…
“Trick-or Treat smell my feet, give me something good to eat”
What a feeling indeed!
I’m not saying that the other holidays aren’t fine
But Halloween is my #1
I can be someone else and it is okay
I can escape the norm for one day!
