eSteem application issue on Android One

I have a Nokia 7 plus which is powered by Android One. My system is always updated. Nokia gives us security update monthly. The current version is Android 8.1.0. All my apps are working perfectly until recently I experienced freezing with the eSteem app.

I downloaded the eSteem app since I joined late in June this year and I've been using it till now. At first, it was fine after restarting the app but lately it freezes more often than last week. I have to restart it so I can use it again. My laptop is broken so all I have is my phone. It's better accessing eSteem on the mobile app.

Cannot contact support in the app I wanted to contact the support team for this but I can't seem to find a way to do it. Kindly shout out or comment anyone who is concerned in fixing the issue.

Also if there's anyone here who has experienced the same, kindly comment and hope somebody would raise this issue to the support team.
