Hello, my friends, it is your guy again @raymondpeter. Today, I will like to share with you what I have done from yesterday till today.
When I went to the office yesterday, on getting there management were told us that the rate at which people are getting HIV/AIDS is too much this day and we must carry out community screening, testing, linking positive ones into care, and for non-reactive ones, we must give them health talk on the model of transmission of HIV/AIDS that is "risk reduction" so to enable them to know ways in which people can contact it.
There are three major ways in which contact AIDS/AIDS:
One thing I want people to know is that HIV screening is very important to be done every three months so that you know your status on time is good than falling sick unnecessarily.
Being HIV-positive is not the end of life because there is a drug to manage it and the drug is free. No one will know your status unless you are telling people about it. Health workers can never disclose your status to an unconcerned person except you. And if you know anyone around you who suffer from this disease, it is advisable to encourage him/her to go to the nearest government hospital for treatment. If they have taken the drug regularly, after some time, if they carry out the viral load on them it will be undetectable because the drug will keep the virus at bay where it will not have the power to arm the body again, but not because of that you will leave drug. You will be continuously taking the drugs as being instructed by physicians. Please save a life today.
Thank you for viewing my blog.
