Topic For The Day
Wind Chimes
Yes, since we are at the topic of Halloween, let us ride the flow for this one!
Now, I always have a thing for wind chimes, but was never allowed to have one. I find the tingling sound to be so clear and refreshing, but then apparently, there is some superstitious believes behind it. Superstitious or not, I guess I might have grown out of that phase so yea... Now there is no immense urge to get it, especially when my new apartment is almost here.
So now, the story behind the wind chime is that it can attract unwanted "guests", spirits and ghosts. Some believe that the chimes actually attract them, and there are sayings that people have such spiritual encounters and seeing them physically on their window ledge and all.
While I ain't no superstitious guy, but the thought about having accidentally creating trouble for your loved ones isn't something that I would want to test it out. Also, as I said, I think my fondness for it since young might have worn off by now...
Also, just an update! Moving forward, I am intending to reward NFT for my giveaways. I am in love with this game, and I really want to bring more people into it. Many people have reached out to me both here and on Discord, needing help to start their accounts. So why not, I start rewarding NFTs instead? This way, I can help and reach out to more people, while at the same time bring more people to this lovely
Let us start things slow. First card to be won is...
Question of the day
Do you know of any folklore whereby musical instruments can be used for spiritual encounters?
