I have been missing out from a couple of upvotes from the weekly, and was wondering if i have flouted any rules accidentally. I went to check the post and i think i hit the requirements.

i know upvotes are not a guarantee so no worries. I am just concerned if i am accidentally flouting the guidelines without even realising it, or that i have been blacklisted for some reasons. would be more than happy to correct myself. i just needed some guidance and would definitely work from there. thank you in advance. many apologies once again for troubling you.
