Being the first team drawn doesn't automatically mean you stay in the first available group. The draw follows predefined allocation rules, including avoiding certain confederation conflicts and balancing the groups. A team can be temporarily skipped and placed in the next eligible group according to those rules. So the fact that Argentina was skipped at that moment isn't evidence of rigging by itself. If you think the rule was broken then can you point to the specific FIFA regulation that says they should have gone into that group?
