Hi Everyone! Welcome Back to another Splinterlands battle report. In this match I went into a Modern ranked match. There were various elements for this match so it gave me a lot of options to choose from my cards. I went with my water team and faced against a player named ALDRIS. I managed to win the match and also got some cool rewards.

For this match I opted for Marlai Singariel as my summoner and started my team with Port Guardian. I wanted to utilize the mana for a team with different cards rather than investing everything on a couple of cards.
My team consisted of Colossus Raider and Saltwater Mage with Great Bear Druid. I also decided to go for New Beluroc Aegis and Asel Alagosdil to complete my six slots. With my six cards I was ready to see how my team would perform against ALDRIS.

Battle progress
The match began with both of us summoning our selected monsters into the arena. My team was on the ready and my first slot was occupied by the Port Guardian. Behind him I had the rest of my cards in their assigned slots.
I was eager to see how the combo of these cards would perform in the battle. Each slot had a purpose in my formation and I was interested to see the result of these cards in play.
As the rounds progressed the two teams kept battling and the match came closer to a finish. My team managed to last and I was relieved that the lineup I had made was a winning one.
In the end I managed to win the match. I was successful in defeating ALDRIS and the match was another victory for me in the Modern ranked. It is always a pleasure to see a battle end in a win.
The win earned me 20 rating and 81 glint.
Looking into the future
This match gave me another win in the Modern ranked and I am glad with the outcome. I used 68 mana and six monsters for this battle and it was great to see the lineup bring me a win.
My rating dropped to 280 and I will continue to play more matches to grow it back again. There are still a lot of cards for me to try and I hope to discover more combinations that will help me in my future matches.
I will continue to share my Splinterlands gameplay and hopefully there will be more wins to blog about in my future blogs.
