Now, how much percent exactly climate change is man made varies from paper to paper. But most of them agree that the majority of it is man made.

This is not so easy to assess, since we can barely forecast how the economy would behave even without climate change, co2 taxes or similar. There are too many variables in this.
But, as I will show in 3) The cost of not doing anything, on the long term will be always lower than the cost of doing something.
In the best case scenario we will not decrease, we will stabelize the temperature (I will give a paper for that thing with 2).
