That would even be relatively easy to implement (compared to the expiration).

Which is something encouraged by the system itself which would have to be changed to improve this: 1: Problem: Votes that do not expire Imagine in the real work how much less even politicians would care

You don't even have to use the tx_id, you could use the tx number in the block.

Yeah, the only problem is parallelism. You'd have to enforce serialization on the server which does the writing.

I was thinking about the custom_json part yes. You could make it a linked list so you could even query it from the chain quickly (each new posted record references the block and tx id of the last record).

Damn, this transporter is sooo big, it's front and back have different zip codes.

For speed runners a on chain ranking history would be interesting. Right now they maintain it fairly muteable without much transparency in regards to history

This way really no one will have an excuse for not testing the testnet =D

I had said many times at different places already as well. Why do we need whales to enter, for the health of the platform, ten thousand people purchasing 1000 steem would be much better. The problem I

Let's be honest, it's all a question of manipulation (marketing) and hype (FOMO). If some random celebs sign up here to be rewarded by their followers you'd see some decent money flow coming in and then

It's because most investors think short term and not long term, especially most professional ones. It's about quarterly, maximum yearly profit margins.

But it's true, of course the big accounts have a huge influence, and of course this is mainly because they were the first ones to be here, but that's how it works unfortunately. And the only way to change

Just got my vote =)

Great job on this, we need more people doing these kinds of things, you should consider becoming a witness (you'd have my vote).

Sorry, but the law of nature is eat or be eaten and the strongest prevails. The nature itself balances itself out usually but in general it is that. We have countless examples of lack of mercy, brutality

To what? People like me? People who see the flaws in our nature and try to find progressive solutions which don't resolve in a bloody civil war? En contraire to people who idealize our weak nature?

Now, the Proposal System is supposed to take care of initiatives as development and marketing. So we have to hope that the investment into these things will have a higher return than the actual investment.

Now, I never said that the economy has to shrink out of selfishness. But what will happen is that if the economy grows, who will get the extra are going to be very few at the top.

Actually it is around 20% for a long while. Now that Steem is cheaper it is cheaper for outsiders to lease Steem Power to have influence on the platform.
