The leader's energy is infectious, good or bad. If you are a leader of any kind, your energy, or lack of, with dictate the atmosphere in the business.
My routine when I enter one of my businesses is simple:
It starts before you get out of your car. Mentally prepare yourself to lead or support the leader thats there and have fun doing it.
Be in a good mood. Sometimes you have to remember that being in your business allows you to take a "vacation" from any problems you might have personally.
Use names... The sweetest sound to someone is usually their own name. It's also more respectful than just saying "you."
Mean it....be authentic. People can tell of you are fake.
