I have dedicated my life to my business and the people that are part of it. I started working at a pizza place when I was 16 and quickly fell in love with the little aspects of what goes into each transaction. I call these little things "the games within the game." I am now 37 years old and own 4 pizza shops. I have seen trends and the workforce change over the years. However, there has always been a constant, I'm in the people business. If you ask any of my employees they would tell you that their job is "...to make sure our customers leave the store in a better mood than when they came in..." it just so happens that they do it with pizza.
This blog is going to about my business. It's not the surface stuff that every business owner whats to say about their business. It will be the REAL struggles that plague every business. These struggles range from day to day operations to tough decisions that can alter the lives of every employee.
There will also be some celebration of the good things!
