Nice to meet you, sunflowers!
I consider this post the very beginning of my journey and first time introducing myself to my new friends. I've been brawn to Steemit for many reasons, but two main reasons where this:
1.my crazy passion towards writing and bleeding my heart and soul into words
2.opportunity to support work that I love and being introduced in wonderful and positive circle of people expressing themselves and supporting each other
I'd thought it would be fair of me to introduce you to the soul behind this words. You ready? This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship...
Signing up on Steemit I had to come up with a username. I wanted it to be short but mesmerizing. I looked up some beautiful sounding and meaning words, and when I came across the word „raxeira“ it instantly captivated me. The definition of the word is „line drawn by the sunlight on the floor as it filters through the window“. It is the thing that wakes you up and welcomes you to the day, its the thing that lights up the room, it asks you go outside and seize the day. It warmed my heart and I thought it would be a nice name to go by. Just wanted to share that with you before you actually get to know me.
I live in Croatia. It is a beautiful country with shit politicians leading it. Most of you probably have heard of Croatia because of Adriatic sea and many heaven-like islands. Also, I want to make this clear: English is not my mother tongue, this meaning I am trying my best to express myself in english, but it is way easier to do so in croatian. Please bear with me and my attempt to create the best content possible.
I was born 19 years ago. I can't say I agree with that number representing my age. My soul is so much older, but my inner child defiantly disagrees. Anyhow, I started my college life a month ago. I study philosophy and literature. Both philosophy and literature are the loves of my life.
A few years ago, I realized what my purpose is. I was made for expressing myself through words. I can't be more grateful for coming across this platform which gives me a chance to do so. I write poetry, essays, diary-like-entries and much more. You can expect posts about almost everything, for this girl has a lot to say.
I started working on my first book a few months ago. I will soon publish a post with more information about my book, but all I'll say for now is that it is about a real story from my life, and that story changed everything forever.
I am a very spiritual person, I aspire to grow as much as possible and to be the best version of me. I practice Law of attraction and meditation. My biggest wish is to see all of the people living in love and peace (and for somebody to give me a time machine so I can return to Woodstock). It is a lifetime mission for me to travel the world and help as many people possbile. Yeah, yeah, such a cliché innit? Well, if all of aspired to do this, we would live in heaven.
To be honest, I wasn't very keen on writing my introduction post. Why? Well, as much as I appreciate words and writing, I still feel like it doesn't do you justice when it comes to writing about yourself. I hope you enjoyed it anyways.
