The Gravenstein Apple tree is in full bloom today!! This area of the food forest ...

... is dedicated to apples!!! We are growing an Anna Apple right next to the gravenstein as a pollinator. Both varieties are about 11 years old now and have proven themselves as hardy producers for our area of the Southwest. Below it..we are stacking functions by growing medicinal herbs like catnip, rosemary and aloe. Food forests work...we testify!!!
