Just off the trail I spotted this venomous Pit Viper circled up and relaxing.
The Dusky Pigmy Rattlesnake is common in Florida. It is responsible for more human snake bites than any other snake in Florida.
Thankfully, i spotted her before we came upon her. I took some pictures, inspected her from a distance and we continued on our way unharmed.
Of course the rest of our walk I thought I saw Dusky Pigmy's all over the place!
This guy hopped across my path and then parked it for a while. I think this is a Southern Toad.
Cute baby turtle.
Stay chill out there...
