WTF!

I dunno if I missed this when I opened it or if it was a smaller tare that got bigger? Either way this shit is badly damaged. I emailed the company and am waiting to hear back on what they say. I have some time before I'm putting plants in soil so it's not the end of the world, I'll get it sorted before I need it to be.

Have you ever had similar experiences? I imagine most of these companies fix the situation for ya pretty quick and easy. I will keep you all updated on what happens.
