Sure that's what Skynet wants you to believe. AI can't make that level of deep predictions unless it has a hand in controlling the outcome. The fact is that there will be innovations between then and now and even without that you'd still have to consider Bayesian Theorem and double-slit resistance. The fact that an AI would even be making a call like that makes me call into question the authenticity of the answer. Either the AI is defective or lying.
