Behind the natural beauty of a village, there are a thousand question marks and mysteries.
Recently, news has been widely heard almost every day from mouth to mouth, even when the news was written in one of the popular newspapers in Aceh, that there is an old bridge relic of ancient times in one remote village in Aceh, has claimed many lives, even recently one of the itinerant fish traders fell under the bridge along with his vehicle and merchandise, even the man reportedly died after being taken to the hospital and his life could not be saved.
This is what made me curious and visited the village directly.
Arriving at the village, I met one of the traditional leaders in the village to ask about the whereabouts of the old bridge which is said to be inhabited by spirits.
But what I found in front of his house was a tree whose flowers were quite beautiful, and according to the owner of the house that the flower was hundreds of years old, and according to the local people's belief the flower was a relic of ancient times which according to him had existed since the Japanese and the Dutch left the village. the following is a picture of the flower I mean...
After being invited into the house because I was curious about the old bridge that was excited throughout the aceh archipelago, I began to ask about the existence of the old bridge which is said to be waiting for spirits, and the traditional figure began to rejoice that the bridge had existed for hundreds of years, even no one knows for sure whether the bridge is a relic of the Netherlands or Japan, considering that the Dutch or the Japanese had previously lived in the village.
However, local people believe that the old bridge is very scary, even though it has been renovated several times.
Rumors circulated that many of the surrounding community often saw strange sightings on the bridge, especially before sunset and midnight, often heard the sound of groans, screams and even the sound of people asking for help, even recently the bridge claimed 2 lives, the only one was a child. who was swimming under the bridge and the other a traveling fish trader who fell into the river.
After finishing the story, I was invited to go directly to the bridge in question, and I took some pictures there........
Not long there because it was almost lunch time I was invited to go home to lunch, and on the way I saw how beautiful the village was which was surrounded by farmers' rice fields which were yellowing and almost ready to be harvested.
Finally I asked him to stop for a moment, and take pictures of the beautiful rice fields.
I end my journey with a few notes that will become historical evidence That behind the beauty of a village is stored a thousand question marks and unsolved mysteries and will forever be remembered.
Greetings from me
