I regularly meet these birds in flooded meadows in the steppe zone of the neighboring region. If some species of birds that I met earlier suddenly disappear, then these wagtails are always there.
In this photo with my brother, this is exactly the place.
Birds spend most of their time in the bushes in close proximity to the water. But they also fly out from there and to the ground.
They roam the ground and look for insects, and they run very fast.
