This glowing phenomenon is starting to spread. It started on the nature like sea water and then trees. Now the man made things, like this castle is also starting to glow. This only happens every night. It looks like a little bit scary, but you should not be scared. Because it's only purpose is to give light to the people, so they can see clearly at night.
