How to promote and increase 'Staking and HODL' phenomenon on POB?

It has should be known that staking is profitable and its a way of providing effectiveness..

I just can't really what else needs to be done, the top Stakers has done much already, they have made post showing their stakes and also stating the importance, with that I think its just enough to encourage anyone who really wants to get involved..

And for the newbies, I believe by upvoting them and supporting their content, giving correction and advice where necessary, they will see reasons why they should model a particular person out of inspiration...
