Engagement program by @amr008.pob has comes to an end, what effect do you think this new development will have on the hive community in general?

Let me smile before I start, 😊😊..

Firstly - as the engagement program has come to an end, the lazy ones that earn pob by just blabbering will sit up, because you can't get rewarded for just participating but being actively involved, dropping meaning comments and contents...
Now you will be rewarded based on how dedicated and how hard you worked.

Secondly- this will help many people in developing their minds and improve their content writing because rewards will only come when you write something meaningful, inspiring and captivating...

Thirdly - for some of us who doesn't really have time or know how to develop good content, they have no other option but to stake POB so they can be curating, which will also help in the community's development..

Lastly some people think that engagement will reduce, that's not true.. There are many communities and group that rewards daily for active participation e.g #pobtalk by @vempromundo.pob,
And Other contest even a recent #Pobphotocontest / #pobphotography
fully supported by @onealfa.pob @scholaris.pob @proofofbrainio @aiuna @memeisfun...

You can always have fun anywhere if you play around the community, there are many things to keep the engagement moving and you still get rewarded...

I'm not forgetting #pobstreet and #greedyyellowbird contest by @mineopoly
