The community has been the best so far no doubt, a community that gives you absolute freedom of speech and post but sometimes some people tend to leave because they don't really have good knowledge of the community. .

Sure we are in the right place but many doesn't see the community as the right place, a lot of people were brought here without guide which made them stop participating and also doubt the flexibility of the community...

It's not just by bringing people to POB community,

how did you tell them it works?
What are the things they should know?
How do they get rewarded?
What is or will be their contribution to the community?

All these should be explained to them, just how we hope the community grows, we should try to make the people in it already see reasons to stay back and participate actively...
