The fear of failure kills faster than failure itself..

Most times, we don't do things we are supposed to do because we fear we won't be successful, this has been my weakness when I was still schooling..

The fear of doing something new is what has cost so many people their dreams. We don't like to change patterns because we want to be in our comfort zone.

Very true, some dreams are shattered already because of fear, mostly in the educational and business sector.. Everyone wants to make profit without a loss, everyone wants to be a professor but scared of examinations..

Most businesses that are successful today didn't get to that stage only because they are hardworking, determined, resilient, persistent or what have you - it's because they started. You'd not have anything to be determined, dedicated or resilient about if you did not start..

This part of it is always so difficult and scary, i can really feel and understand while some people are scared of going into business..

I motivated my friend to do a business he has in mind for long but I never knew he had no strong plans and he ended up in debt..

It's not all about being dedicated and hard working, you have to be smart too.. Go and learn from people who have been into the system,serve them, get connected with customers and friends then you can start your own business.

I believe the risk of loss will be minimal, because your boss will still be your guide in the interim...

Don't be afraid to start but be wise, plan before you start...
Even professionals plan, why won't you...
