Success starts by setting goals and believing that you can achieve it..

I will add another point, always expect failure but don't get demoralised by it

Some people might be so determined and they believe in themselves but after trying and failing, they give up and think its over...
It's very necessary to know that failure is a path to success and we shouldn't think we have lost it when we fail..
