Life is complicated, sometimes we get what we never expected or planned either good or bad..

(1) Is life fair to some set of people in a special way

I will say yes to this question, life does not give everyone their fair share, some are favoured while some are left behind..
While some people are enjoying, lavishing money on expensive gadgets and luxury, some are suffering so hard and can't even afford a square meal...

(2) the concept of time and season does it have to do with hard time too

Probably, just like the rainy days and sunny days, the both times has different effect, while farmers pray for rainy days
Business men etc pray for sunny days, but the fact is there must always be rainy days and sunny days..
Hard time and good time is certain You just have to make provisions for the hard time during the good time

(3) How true is the concept of Que sera sera

I'm not in support of the Que sera sera (whatever will be will be) concept...
Not disputing the fact that everyone has his/her own destiny or fate, there is always room for change and adjustments..

You want to be successful and you eat and sleep at home all day because you believe in que sera sera, you are doomed already..
That act of your ls have changed your destiny already..

4)Is life all about hard work , irespective of what you are doing

We should know the meaning of hard work, it's not all about sweating or doing stressful and tedious works.. Hard work we mean here is being diligent and committed to what you do because no matter what you do, it should show, aim higher and work towards self development..

Consistency is not the key alone, determination matters because you might be consistent but when you fail multiple times, you give up because you ain't seeing results, but if you are determined, you keep trying...
being afraid of failure is what I call laziness,
nothing is too difficult if you try but you are termed to be lazy when you don't try
