Do you think of loans as support or as a burden?
Referring to the aforementioned, loan is seen in my own point of view as a burden..
With these points :
Debtor : taking loan makes you a debtor and sometimes you don't really feel at ease knowing that you have a target to meet so as to cover your loan and take another to finance your business or take care of other relevant needs..
Risk : Risk can be said to be a possible adverse event or outcome, if you are a salary earner, it is very risky to take loan, because you don't know what mish happen to your job the next second, and sometimes taking loan as a salary earner makes you find it hard to save, you take loan to take care of expenses and you pay back when you are paid, you might likely take another loan before the month ends not even being sure of your stay in the job..
Addiction : I can say, taking loan cn be so addictive sometimes, you will always feel free when you have no dime because you know there is a place you can get and pay later and you are convinced you can pay back always because you have a job..
Note: there is still some benefit accrued to loan mostly when it's used to finance a business or assets..
But I think the LOAN has done more GOOD than HARM if you know how to efficiently utilise it..
