Human Resource is an administrative department which is involved in screening, training and recruitment of employees.
Core functions :
Training and development
Hiring
Disciplinary measures
Safe work environment
Benefits and compensation.. Etc
Now from my findings, a lot of employees complain of how HR managers acts domineering and they always feel they know all. Now i ask this question
Why do most human resource managers feel they know more than the person they are hiring?
This was a reply from someone..
"they don’t.
HR managers have a job to do: Hire candidates who can fill a role effectively as cheaply as possible AND protect the company from any harm an employee might bring.
That’s it. That’s all.
If you are getting the feeling that an HR manager is acting superior, it is because they know that they have ALL of the power in your situation and aren’t afraid to use it.
This answer is not enough to justify the aforementioned assertion..
So i want your answers and contributions on this...
