Beautiful Day

A BEAUTIFUL DAY IT WAS

I woke up this morning and felt differently. It was a good morning but I had nothing to do so, i was consuming the words of Odekunle in Ola Rotimi’s The Gods Are Not To Blame.
After congratulating @joyce-okpobo on her completion of NYSC.... Let me not bore you with what happened in the morning. Just after a while in the afternoon, a girlfriend came to check on me and that was an addition to the blessings of the day. So, what happened?
She wanted to leave after sometime and was redressing her face. And the memory came over me…back then in those days when my mother would be doing make-up and I would be looking at her. Trust me I would do mine after she left the mirror. Lolz. The nostalgia came full and see what I came up with even as a novice…don’t laugh just tell me if I tried or not.
I want to see if I’m going to be a dope make-up artist…
