The famous "Where's The Beef?" commercial for the Wendy's burger chain has taken on new meaning due to the recent meat shortages. As meat packing plants struggle to remain open during the Covid 19 breakout, the already strained food supply chain has broken in some areas. For the first time many Wendy's burger restaurants have been forced to remove beef hamburgers from the menu.
Meat shortages are expected to continue until more states open for business.
