As the cities spin out of control, the Jersey Shore is pretty quiet today. The water is still cold, but staring at the ocean is my favorite pastime! Nice to unplug for a while. In many ways the shutdown has been like the old days with more time with family and less rushing around. I hope we will see more peaceful days soon.
