Hola comunidad, ¿cómo están todos? Mi nombre es Randy Lemus Pérez y nací en La Habana, Cuba en el año 2000.
Muy joven supe que tenía una gran pasión por los videojuegos y los ejercicios. Los videojuegos son una de mis mayores pasiones. Desde que era niño, he pasado incontables horas explorando mundos virtuales, resolviendo acertijos y luchando contra jefes finales. Para mí, los videojuegos son mucho más que una simple forma de entretenimiento, son una forma de escapar de la realidad y sumergirme en mundos imaginarios. Además, los videojuegos no solo son divertidos, también pueden ser un desafío intelectual y emocional, lo que me permite desarrollar habilidades importantes como la resolución de problemas y la toma de decisiones en tiempo real. En resumen, los videojuegos son una parte importante de mi vida y siempre estaré agradecido por las horas de diversión y aprendizaje que me han proporcionado.
Al igual que ir al gimnasio es una de mis actividades favoritas. Desde que comencé a hacer ejercicio de manera regular, he notado una enorme diferencia en mi bienestar físico y mental. Ir al gimnasio me ayuda a liberar el estrés y la ansiedad acumulados durante el día y me permite enfocarme en mi cuerpo y en mi salud. Además, el gimnasio es un lugar donde puedo desafiarme a mí mismo para mejorar y alcanzar mis metas físicas. Ya sea levantando pesas, haciendo cardio o entrenando con un compañero de ejercicios, siempre encuentro una forma de desafiarme y superar mis límites. En última instancia, ir al gimnasio es una forma de invertir en mi futuro, garantizar mi salud y bienestar a largo plazo.
Desde que era un niño mi vida ha girado en torno a mi familia y los estudios. Me otorgaron la carrera de técnico medio en informática, en la cual me gradué siendo el número 5 en el escalafón y me asignaron al Mincex para pasar mi servicio social. Luego de 2 años de cumplir con el mismo, me quedé como plaza fija y pude aspirar a la universidad, la cual me otorgaron la ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones en la (CUJAE).
Mi familia no es muy numerosa, se compone de mi mamá, mi papá y yo. En la casa solo somos nosotros. Pero no olvido a mi hermana, mis sobrinos y mi cuñado, que, aunque no vivan con nosotros, siempre están muy presentes y forman una gran parte muy especial de nuestra familia.

In addition, the gym is a place where I can challenge myself to improve and reach my physical goals. Whether it's lifting weights, doing cardio, or working out with a workout partner, I always find a way to challenge myself and push my limits. Since I was a kid my life has revolved around my family and studies. I was awarded the career of medium technician in computer science, in which I graduated being number 5 on the ladder and I was assigned to the Mincex to spend my social service. After 2 years of fulfilling my social service, I stayed as a permanent position and I could aspire to the university, which granted me an engineering degree in Telecommunications in the (CUJAE).
My family is not very big, it consists of my mom, my dad and me. At home it's just us. But I do not forget my sister, my nephews and my brother-in-law, who, although they do not live with us, are always very present and are a very special part of our family.
