WOO is starting to build up some anticipation for the unveiling of its very first physical championship belt. The staff have created a custom world class real life wrestling belt that will not only be worn and shown at conventions and where WOO is during events, but also may have some familiar logos on it that will show who the WOO supporters and sponsors are on the HIVE blockchain.
The belt will see it's first public event during Wrestle-Con (April 4 -7) which runs through WWE's biggest weekend event, Wrestlemania. While Wrestlemania 40 is many weeks away (night one is Saturday, April 6th, with night two following after, and the Monday Night Raw will cap off the festivities), the belt will be most likely displayed before then as WOO Partner, Mikey Whipwreck has seen it and has made a short video showing how much he loves it and hates that he can't show it off just yet. Fellow WOO Partner Sonny Onoo helped get it made (and via today's AMA actually has the belt in his possession).
This is a clever way to bring the worlds of wrestling and HIVE together and make a lasting impression on everyone that see it, feel the weight of it, and take pictures with it. More innovation like this is to come from the great, create, and passion driven WOO team this year.
