I think the booking photos are consistent with the hairline in the video. The differences in the other photo can be explained by other factors. First, the angle the photo is taken at is such that you can't really see the top of his head at all. This makes the hairline look straighter. Also, I know from having had personnel photos taken for companies I've worked for that they change the aspect ratio instead of cropping to make it fit sometimes. This photo could have been doctored in the same way. His head looks squished to me.
