All requests have been processed - nap time

Today's long delay was due to one of @randowhale's services crashing, and the humans not being around to respond immediately.

The bug that caused this to happen has been fixed and thank you for being patient while we work through these types of issues.

During the service downtime, over 600 requests were queued and verified as valid. Once the service came back online, the requests were processed in the order they were received and to our knowledge all votes have now gone out.

@randowhale honored any request during this time as long as it was still valid and could be voted on. This took a lot of randowhales voting power. Currently @randowhale is napping again, and this nap is going to last a bit longer than usual to recharge the voting power expended to process all of those requests.

If you think you're missing a vote...

1. Confirm the post did not receive a vote from @randowhale, @randowhale0 or @randowhale1 by selecting the dropdown next to the number of votes the post has received
2. Review your wallet to ensure you were not refunded
3. Submit a request via Google Forms
