Downloading free themes or even paying for one is one option. But many times you have to customize for your specific needs. None of those would work for you straight out of the box.
Oxygen Builder is a Wordpress plugin which doesn't need a theme and it works with you to create your own personalized theme, basically from scratch.
The license costs you $99 but you can use it on projects of or clients, on unlimited pages and they promise lifetime updated on their plugin. I also love the one click non Wordpress page import. That seems very powerful to me.
